This circle is designed to promote wellness and healing for black women. We will utilize a number of techniques and resources to reflect, connect, and experience ourselves more fully and deeply. In this 8-week dynamic healing experience, the following topics will be explored:

·      Boundaries

·      Relationships

·      Trauma

·      Family

·      Physical Health

·      Career 

·      Body Image

·      Self-care

If you identify as a black woman and you want a safe space to learn, grow, and experience healthy relationships with other women, please join us on this journey towards healing and existing in your full power.
