The EKOE Women+’s Circle summer season will explore the theme of play as a powerful practice for health and healing.  This 8- week co-creation centers inclusion and inspiration for all women+ interested in an experience of playful, purposeful, and soulful connection. Jen and Colleen will facilitate weekly virtual sessions, weaving together respective expertise in psychological trauma, integrative health, and Ayurvedic principles.

We will play with the following weekly themes:  

• Week 1: Play for Connection: Preparing to play together! Orienting to play & purpose

• Week 2: Play for Healing: Remembering childhood play and links to adulthood adventure

• Week 3: Play for Pleasure: Expanding awareness to embodied pleasure, preferences, & passion

• Week 4: Play for Growth: Imagining new possibilities, experimenting & learning through play

• Week 5: Play for Partnership: Practicing cooperative play in relationship, intimacy, and love

• Week 6: Play for Expression: Storytelling and soul re-emergence through narrative and voice

• Week 7: Play for Vision: Refining personal purpose and vision through the wisdom of play

• Week 8: Play for Liberation: Celebrating and amplifying collective vision & liberation

Registration
We ask that Community Circle participants commit to the 8-week season in its entirety. Group fees are structured with financial accessibility at the forefront. Please consider the registration option that best fits and let us know if you have additional questions.
